This 90-minute class will be led by Jaimie Lee of The Coalition NC at The Choice Performance Center in Durham (space donated by Tyrone Irby, Owner and Founder, Together We Stand NC).
Jaimie is a Krav Maga Black Belt and has been a Krav Maga instructor since 2012 and has four U.S. certifications. She was also certified at the Wingate Institute in Israel, the birthplace of Krav Maga. She has a background in dance and certification in Pilates/Barre. Jaimie offers a restorative approach to training.
